Coface North America Names Mark Jomaa Chief Operating Officer and Jacqui Jooste Coface Country Manager, Canada

Toronto, Canada, August 1, 2023 – Coface announced today Mark Jomaa has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for the North America region and Jacqui Jooste as Country Manager, Canada.  

Both Mark and Jacqui bring proven track records of accomplishments which have raised the bar for customer experience in the risk management and trade credit insurance industries. Adding to the Coface North America leadership team, their work will help set a new standard for service delivery and operational excellence with North America. 

Mark Jomaa joined Coface in 2014 serving as Canada’s Chief Commercial Officer and, most recently, Country Manager. During his tenure, he expanded partnerships and engagement with industry stakeholders and regulators leveraging his twenty-year experience in risk management and international trade.  

Jacqui Jooste has served the trade credit industry for nearly two decades as a leader at Coface including most recently as the Chief Executive Officer and Country Manager for South Africa. Joining NAR, Jacqui brings with her best practices from her global experience working in roles for both Coface Group and within the Mediterranean and African region.  

This year, Coface North America celebrates twenty-five years of making trade happen in North America.
